I had a very similar conversation with Sprint one time. I was not as calm by that point as he was though. I told the guy to get out a calculator and I would explain it again.
My favorite part is the pause between him asking her the third and ultimate question ("Do you therefore recognize that there is a difference between .002 dollars and .002 cents?") and her answering ("No.")
Clearly in that pause, her brain is thinking, "Wait, there must be a difference," but she refuses to acknowledge it.

Good thing it wasn't in the negative. That would have been a doozie.
Crap...I have Verizon. I think she's right, though, it IS a matter of opinion... :) Maybe they're talking metric cents vs. U.S. dollars.
